Service Description

Initial Consult: an extensive review process where a full health history, intake form and current health concerns are discussed and investigated. Referrals for general pathology tests and functional tests are also provided (if required).

Cancellation Policy

Consultations are non-refundable and require at least 2 business days notice to reschedule the date/time.
